QUIET PLACE TO STAY

The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay for a couple if days. Nice staff and a minutes’ walk from the Paddington station.

The hotel is in a very central place and you reach easy the tube, buses and trains. The Stadt was very friendly and helpful.

PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS NEARBY

Location was very good for visiting the sites we wanted to see, e.g. the Museums, Oxford Street and close to Tube Station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a decent choice.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

It is what it is a small London hotel that is reasonably priced, its location is brilliant near Paddington and Hyde Park. The rooms are small and warm in the summer. They have all what you need and were spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. We found the staff freindly and service minded, they tried very hard, you get what you pay for a breakfast at 5 pounds, so go else where if you want something enjoyable. We were allowed to park until 3 pm even though we checked out at 1030, which gave us some extra hours in Nottinghill. Getting to the hotel was also surprisingly easy from the m4, early afternoon. We would stay there again its a 3 star hotel but deserves 4 for trying and 5 for location.

GREAT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF

This is the second time we've stayed here. Location is great - near Paddington station and Hyde Park - and price good if you are prepared to book a no-refund rate in advance. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, with comfortable bed and good shower etc. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. There's a "full" breakfast available at a slightly reduced rate if you book the night before - I recommend getting down early as it's only available for an hour and the dining room gets pretty crowded by 9am. Only limited wifi is available - there's a set time limit per visit , not per day, so it does tend to disadvantage those like us staying for several nights. We'd definitely stay again.
